  • We set our prices to reflect the costs that we incur as a business.
  • We try to keep things simple and straightforward in everything we do. We help to explain everything in clear and simple language.
  • Our agents are empowered to make decisions to allow us to respond as fast as possible to customer requests.
  • We work hard to respond to customers as quickly as possible, normally on the same day.

What will we focus on going forward?

A majority of customer queries are focused around opening meter readings on change of supplier. This is not a simple subject but this will be something we are keen to focus on during 2017.
